OMG, JoeZ. can you not be professional enough to get over Olivia. If she can not be trusted to be Professional and fair about all designers-Why is she working for Elle? Joe, listen up, I was at one company and now I am at another because of someone like Olivia. Don't lose Erin or anyone to a person like her. Olivia will leave Elle, because she does not need Elle.com. Trust me I have been there.
