Roxy and Whitney get into an argument while on the job at Miami Fashion Week, and Kelly wonders if the girls should work together. Meanwhile, Joe Zee lectures Erin for not helping Olivia when she fails a task for ELLE.

I think Kelly is a pretty cool boss. First off she may be blunt but she makes it clear what she wants and expects. She doesn't ask much from them, they have a huge oppurtunity to do something amazing. Instead Roxy wants to suntan and eat her fat a** into coma! I mean you don't shag a guy when you have an important job the next morning....she should have been at the fashion show first thing and then blamin it on Whit is lame. Roxy thinks the rules don't apply!? Whitney is just as bad as Roxy, mostly because Whitney has been working in fashion longer and knows what should be done. Fighting is not appropriate, personal issues at work are never a good idea. Deal with it later, of course Roxy is a witch and a liar she could of gotten to the hotel she wasn't abandoned by Whitney SHE left the club with that guy. Whitney needs to make it clear to Roxy that personal life doesn't come to work. They are acting like 13 year olds that need to be schooled and I'm shocked that Kelly didn't fire Roxy for her back talk. I guess she's under contract to keep them for the year while they are doing the show?? Who knows. It is the recession she is so lucky to have that job because at this point Roxy wouldn't even be capable of holding a job at Starbucks!

Alright, last episode I liked Roxy, but now I hate her again. That was such a backstab. She really needs to get fired by Kelly. Besides, Whitney needs to stand up for herself and not to act like a sweet nice princess anymore. Erin's plan was set up and Joe saw that. So it was good of him!

i like roxy but kelly really needs to get rid of her and whitney needs to kick her ass out! roxy is doing nothing good for peoples or whit. shes just an LA that just wants to party.

Roxy is a shady backstabber and a liar she makes us Scorps look bad. Kelly is awesome she is a no BS person and put people in their place. Roxy is ruining Whitney's energy and probably her job. Erin and Olivia wow they are both wrong. Erin loves to antagonize her and provoke her and Olivia isn't putting in mush effort as she should. Karma is a B*tch Bec oliva was bad to Whit before. She took credit from Whit about the Jessica Alba dress which lead up to the ELLE job which should have been Whit's. Sad Sad but i like how Oliver doesnt let Erin walk all over her. They are basically two Strong Heads Bumping eachother. Poor Joe

I feel bad for Erin. She actually did her job but she still got yelled at for Olivia's screw-ups. Joe needs to fire Olivia.

i actually don't really like roxy...she's just to much... i just don't think she is a good fried for whit... u know in life u have to be careful.. sometimes friends can bring u down.. it's like whit is babysitting --- roxy don't order room service, roxy lt's get our work done first, roxy this, roxy that...roxy just leave

thisis why i stopped watching the hills and the city cause everytime i go to watch the videos aren't available...WTF MTV. I hear the ratings for the shows really suck right now too.
