So you can't show the episode online.... so then why wasn't it played before the new episode on tv? frustrating.

Something I dont understand.... WHY hasn't someone, NAMELY Erin, seen the episode from LAST season where Olivia stole Whits credit for that look? It has aired and I KNOW they get to see last season like we did, so why hasnt someone CHECKED that out and told Olivia's boss..?

those boys are a dime a dozen in nyc- so typical and nothing to write home about- except they have really effed up names. that alone would keep me away. Roxy looks soooo much like her mom, with the darkness of her dad. Olivia is a snit, but Erin is looking slightly immature in her vendettas. Olivia appears to be keeping it classy, even though she is annoying- she is what she is. At least she doesn't hide it.

Freddie and Harry have issues. Seriously, both cute, but I sense a rivalry there. Poor Whitney, can't trust any guy in NY. Roxy is growing on me. I like Sammie, but I think she's just not into wild girls like Roxy....Sammie could atleast try to be open minded.

Ugh Roxy reminds me so much of Janice Dickenson. She can't just keep her mouth shut. and that voice! Olivia just works at Elle so that she can say to her friends "oh, I work at Elle." She doesn't give a damn about doing a good job, impressing her bosses, or earning respect. She's just embarrassed her game is up. and I totally would have left the Hamptons in the same way. "Hey, tell your girlfriend hello, because we're leaving. Goodbye."

I think that Freddie should have been honest with Whitney I mean even if him and his girlfriend is on a break I think that he should have told her....Honesty is the backbone to a strong friendship even a relationship......I feel like Erin had the right to call olivia out on her crap because she is not doing her job I have a passion for fashion I majoring Fashion Marketing and I feel Olivia was not doing her job correctly so Erin had the right to floow behind her like a baby and get what they needed for the magazine

UMMM WTF Elle why is Olivia still working there....We can all definitely say you made a HUGE mistake in not picking Whitney!!!! Team Erin!!! and Team Roxy, Sammie's a beotch to Roxy cuz she jealous of her! and Whitney grow some balls and if you not gonna stand up for yourself then be happy that you have a TRUE friend(Roxy) to stand up for you, cuz I sure didnt see Sammie sayin anything!!!! and Freddie gets an MTV Douche Trophy!

Wow, what is the deal with Freddie keeping the fact that he has a girlfriend a secret? Is he really that shady? Good for Harry for letting Whitney in on the secret, although maybe Harry had a hidden agenda. Could he have been interested in Whitney? The poor girlfriend of Freddie, whoever she is, to have a boyfriend like Freddie do something like invite three girls over behind her back and act like he's got a thing for Whitney when he is playing is on girlfriend on the side. D-R-A-M-A! And as for Olivia, Elle needs to let her go. After all those mishaps at work, I don't know what she is still doing there, let alone still being on the show. It's good that Erin does a more thorough job but having to re-do Olivia's work because she's a slacker is just a waste of Elle's time and money. Why pay the extra salary when you can either hire someone else more qualified to do a better job and is a team player (put your personal crap aside, Olivia) or just increase Erin's responsibilities and give a good portion of Olivia's pay to her? C'mon, Joe Zee, give her the boot already! We all know Olivia didn't ask those questions Joe inquired about and she thinks she can get away with saying it's in her notes somewhere. The more I see her, the more she doesn't look very good with her doe-like eyes and b*tchy attitude (imagining what she looks like without all the makeup is actually pretty scary!).
