i cant stand olivia, im glad shes finally getting exposed for who she really is. I really like Whitney, but shes just TOOOOO nice to people.....she needs to stand her ground more.

I do not agree with the people who say that Olivia is just doing what she has to do to get to the top. I mean it's good when you're motivated to get what you want, but doing it by cheating and lying is another story. Olivia doesn't work hard at all! She's all like whatever, it'll come to me by itself. Like that meeting, she didn't prepare her presentation at all, just expecting it will become all okay by itself. She doesn't deserve it to go to London, she didn't work for it like Whitney did. Olivia is a cheater, but just wait till karma turns around and bites.

not only did Olivia NOT pull the look, she was pretty disgusted by it when whit pulled it out, she probably wanted to put it in there hoping it would backfire.... however it's a JOB and most people with her mindset would have done the same thing, people take work related situations all the time and use them to their benefit, olivia isn't the first and won't be the last... without Olivia this show is utterly BOOOORING.

i disagree with u undernath me!!! majority of wat u are saying i do feel is true but i just beleive thats uts not what u do its how u do it! yes the work industry is a battle feild but at the same time like you want to rise to the top in an honest way! you shoudlnt have to throw salt in someone else's game 4 u to look good then u dont deserve it anyway and in the long run when ur job is expecting certain things of u, from the work u got promoted from, u cant even perform the same or better for that matter b/c it truly wasnt ur work.....i think olivia is dishonest and she will only hurt herself!!!

I don't think Olivia is that bad as all of you proclaim her to be. People have different ways of expressing their emotions. It just happens that Olivia seems to be the nonchalant one who wants to achieve top points in her life. The work place is a battle field, and if one is working for a promotion or a job you have to fight for it. Whitney didn't do that, she just expected people to stand down for her and help her out, which is completely different in real life. Moreover the society that Olivia was bred in requires a person to act in the way she does. Moreover, she seems to be less social in comparison to Whitney; hence, her coming out as a bit cold and "******".

olivia is so fake! I can't believe she's so rude to people like that: jay, whitney, the DJ..jeez she needs a reality check. I think that Whitney definitely works harder than her and will go further than her. She also just sounds plain dumb all the time whenever she talks to people higher above her (job-wise, etc.) did you notice the episode when she had to give her presentation? seriously wtf? the radio show just proved how big a snob she really is and how dumb she is.

Whitney is so much better than Olivia. If you give people like that enough rope they will hang themselves. Olivia is also very ugly, that nose, if it was paid for i would get my money back. also has any noticed how wrinkled she is.And those bags under her eyes! lay off the crack Olivia!

Way to go, Whitney!!!! You walking off on Jay was one of my favorite parts of this whole season!!! Allie....you are delusional if you think that he is going to be faithful to you....and that whole scene at Erin's job?? PSYCHO!!!

Olivia always seem to contradict herself and she can also be so unprofessional. While she was on the phone with the DJ this is what she said, "I'm only going to be myself and hopefully you'll see a different side of me..." What does that really mean? Does that make sense? Is that even clear? If she is only going to be herself then why should the viewers see a different side? Like is she being phony? Is she really a nice person at heart and only wishes good for people but MTV shows her as being a *****? Shouldn't we see that she is being real and not phony or someone that she isn't? What she said didn't make any sense at all! This is what I think should of went with: "I'm only going to be myself and hopefully you'll see that I'm not always a *****..." or "I'm only going to be myself and hopefully you'll see that the best I can be--is me..." or "I'm only going to be myself and hopefully you'll see a different side of me in the future..." She is so stupid, that it is unreal!
