it would have been selfish to keep the baby knowing they could not provide. that baby will be better off with parents that are financially stable than just love can give. you need to grow up and see this.

I don't understand how you've missed seeing what a beautiful, together young woman Catelyn is. She is warm, friendly, affectionate, and a wonderful friend. She stays above the drama. THAT is success. She is a winner at life!!! What is wrong with your TV?

I dont understand how people can talk sh*t about Catelynn and Tyler. I have seen every episode and they are still BY FAR the most mature people on the entire show. IMO they did make the right decision with choosing adoption. Did anyone else notice they are the only ones still together throughout the whole show? Amber & Gary are toxic...amber is abusive physically, verbally & mentally...that has been seen on the show. Farrah....I feel bad that Derek, the father of her baby passed on, but she has TONS of growing up to do. Her and her mother are toxic when they are together. she does nothing but fight with her mother. She calls her dad Michael...I would have been slapped upside the head if i ever called my father by is first name when he was alive. Maci & Ryan & Kyle* Maci seems bright, but makes bad decisions imo.Moving Bentley back and forth in TN, Wanting another baby so her and Kyle can have their own together, well thats just all the wrong reasons...grow up first. Ryan really doesnt seem that he loves Bentley, but rather makes decisions to spite Maci. Toxic again Catelyn & Tyler* made probably the biggest decision they will ever make in their lives by giving up their baby. Tys dad and Cates mom are pretty toxic and that whole situation is F'd up...his dad and her mom married...that makes them brother and sister. But thats not their fault and they seem to be the only ones on the entire show that make good decisions.They think before they act. I hope they are able to stay together and have a child together when they think they are ready Catelyn & Tyler, thank you for being so adult and setting a good example for those watching...no matter what anybody else had to say about your decision for adoption. First of all that was your own decsion, no one elses. Not you parents and certainly not any immature peeps spitting out hatred towards you for giving your baby up. You two are setting the best example on the entire show...keep it up

Like it or not for most women get "baby fever", it is normal. Her age has zip to do with it. It's a phase most people go through when you see the "baby" growing up. It's what one chooses to do with the feeling that is important. I thought that is what this show is about, feelings in real life not just what people want to hear but their true feelings. At least she's not acting on it, and if she does it's up to her she is 19, an adult.

Shedevil sounds like a mother with empty nest syndrom...Why do you think that they all should be at home and going to school? I agree that if you're still in high school you should live at home. Maci is out of high school and in college, making her OWN decisions. Why is it so bad for them to spend there show money? They are ALL going to school except for Amber...but thats besides the point... ( horrible mother in and of itself) they will have a job to support and provide for there children in the future. Shedevil..it's time to let your little birds fly the nest and fend for themselves....

I DONT SEE WHAT THE POINT WAS OF CATELYN AND TYLER GIVING UP THEIR BABY TO CONTINUE THEIR RELATIONSHIP... IT WAS SELFISH OF THEM... I UNDERSTAND IT WAS HARD TO GIVE HER UP BUT THEY SHOULD OF GIVIN THEM SELVES A CHANCE AS PARENTS...

FYI: Ryan cant prevent Maci and Kyle living together, Tennessee law allows you to live with your boyfriend/girlfriend as long as you dont pose a threat (drugs, abuse, etc.) - You dont see Maci and Kyle have those issues. Shes kept one consistent guy in her life, she continues and does not alienate and accepts Ryan as Bentleys father. And she is right, she does have all rights until they go to court. In fact, any couple not married, mother automatically has rights until a concrete order is final with both parents rights. It urks me that Maci ctaches alot of Hell, when she obviously knows laws as they are. Ryan will be able to prevent her from moving more than 100 miles, but not keep her from living with Kyle.!!!!

Well I think Catlyn and Ty are perfect and are going to do just fine in there life together! they make a great couple .maybe your jealous because you dont have love in your life!? Mrs,sheDevil .and she is not being forced to pay rent it was her Idea to get a place! maybe you should think about what you say before you say

Poor Catlyn...living in an apartment no doubt she cant afford without the money from the show, to which she shouldnt be forced to use to pay rent but invest in her future, she should be living with her mom. Her mother is something else! I can see Catlyn and Ty breaking up some day and Ty (thanks to his mothers support) actually making something of himself and life, but Catelyn, she has no support, so I can see her never getting educated and living off the show money and running through it like water until its all gone. Then getting preganant to someone else and falling into the welfare system like her mom no doubt. I hope that doesnt happen to her, but with everything Ive seen it wouldnt shock me. As for Ty, I hope he doesnt let his relationship with Catelyn and thier living situation cause him problems in getting his degree. Thats alot of pressure for a young guy.... He should be at home with his mom and not have to work, then he could concentrate on school more. And thats the most important thing now in his life.

Did I hear Maci tell Ky that she wants another baby? I hope she was joking! I doubt Maci will ever finish school and get a degree in anything with the way she is going. Young people today take on way too much thinking they can do and have it all. She should be at home with her parents getting help and focusing on her degree. Period. Dosent she realize how good she has it at home? She has no business in that high end condo, paying that high rent with money from the show she should be investing in her future, putting all that pressure on Ky to play daddy, and so on! She is like Farrah, being a spoiled child comes with alot of consequences.

i think thats the custody should been even because ryan is being a dad hes working and supporting his child still...give him credit.... And only bc it didnt work out with maci doesnt mean she cant move on and still have rights to her child.... so chad are you saying that she should get with ryan just so she can have rights to her son!! thats retarted then it will be argueing and fighting in front of bentley because they aint happy together!!!

Ryan needs to GROW up & his parents need to butt OUT!! Maci needs to stop trying to have a famly for bentley and play HOUSE, and needs to finish school and get that Degree. That's the only thing she needs to be worried about, NOT if Kyle will be able to move in with her!! <<<<<<
