I'm actually happy they replaced Maci..I liked her in Teen Mom but she was a horrible host.

Jenelle is stupid instead of being concerned about missing the Kesha concert she should be concerned about missing time with Jace.... she needs to open her eyes and see what is more important!!!!

Maci said on Twitter she was only ever scheduled to do a few shows of this as a "trial run". She was never suppose to fully take over... But i do like her doing it better

Barbara IS the problem, the source and the continuance. Barbara does not know how to communicate without screaming, something she has taught Janelle. Janelle would have been a lot better off without her mother. She's wrong, she wouldn't be in jail if she didn't have her mom, she would be a strong, independent, hard working, responsible young adult and parent. She would be forced to learn responsibility. She would need a full-time job and a suitable living space for her and her son. She would need to buy groceries, do laundry, pay car insurance, health insurance, etc. She wouldn't have the time nor the cash to buy weed, and really, wouldn't have the NEED to either. She isn't addicted to weed. As she's said in episode three, weed is not a narcotic; it's not addictive. What's addicting is the emotional dependance. She uses marijuana to escape from her emotions, her anger, her loneliness, her isolation, her helplessness, her overbearing stress...all emotions originating from interactions with her mother. Episodes in the past have shown us that she is capable and more than willing to be a parent, yet every time she tries, Barbara steps in and overpowers her and insists that she needs to raise HER son BARBARA'S way. Nuh uh. Nope. Janelle isn't the problem. Barbara is. Although, I have to say that I do side with her from time to time, especially about keeping Janelle in jail. Tough love truly is the best in situations like these. But as I said before, she wouldn't even be in that mess if her mom wasn't such a psycho controlling ***** in the first place :)

Jenelle is truly pathetic and for her to actually a parent there to help her she pushes her away, I really can't stand that girl... Barbara is too good to her IMO

I'm sorry but I don't think Jenelle's mother is the problem, I don't even think she's even a little dent in the problem... I don't think Barbara's communication skills have ANYTHING to with Jenelle's parenting b/c afterall this show is called Teen Mom, not Teen Daughter... Jenelle just sucks at everything, she'd rather leave her son and go to jail than go on probation and be w/ her son, oh yea but was having second thoughts b/c of a concert NOT HER OWN CHILD!!! That has nothing to do w/ her mother, Jenelle is just a lost cause, and I don't think her mother is "overbearing" at all even if that's how Jenelle feels she needs to get over it b/c I'm sure she'd rather have an overbearing mother than one who doesn't care about her or one that's not there (kind of how she is w/ her own child) b/c there are so many teen moms whose parents kicked them out on their ***... she's one of the lucky ones

vanny, brynnieo was questioning why maci isnt doing the INTERVIEWING. and if you want to get technical, this show is called TEEN MOM 2... it's SEASON 3. the show maci was on is called TEEN MOM.

I don't see Jenelle changing like she says she does after she watches how she is on this show. I just see her getting worst. Leah needs to own up to her mistake. It looks like she tries to minimize her mistake by saying Corey makes mistakes too. Corey just wanted a truck and Leah cheated on him 3 times. Corey is being smart by staying away, doing his own thing, and being a good father.

In regards to Jenelle, I also have a very over-bearing and controlling mother so I can see where she would want to rebel, but Jace shouldn't pay the price for her actions. I would of had a lot more respect for her if she gave him up for adoption. As much as Barbara has done for Jenelle she also knows how to push her buttons. I think that they both need to go to counseling. Jenelle needs to treat her mother with respect, but Barbara needs to learn how to communicate with Jenelle. I hope Jenelle will learn that the only man in her life needs to be her son right now, and she needs to learn a new way to cope with her addictions
