What bugs about this family is that they never really owned the house. They lived in it a few months before the bank took it away from the fathers company. They built it to sell, and when it didn't sell right away they moved from a home they couldn't really afford, to a home that costs 7-8 times more.

He's young, in 6 months the cocky side of him will calm down and he'll be a teenager instead. I guess they have so many common rooms that that's the reason why his room was so small and guestroom looking.
