dupontsregistry has the house for $10,000,000 less than the sothebysrealty website. either way its 50-60 million dollars!!!! that seems like way too much, i would have thought 15-20 million but JEEZ!!! (i guess thats why they say location location location lol) and if you look at the details the house has 19 bathrooms but only ONE half bath and is listed as a "traditional single family home" this family must have been RICH BEYOND BELIEF too. i mean a 60 million dollars for a VACATION home? damn. i want a huge mansion in aspen and i would pay top dollar for it, but i dont need 31,000 sqft if its just me my wife and say about 5 children. but maybe if i were a billionaire and hosted all holidays for my family then maybe i would have something like this.
