the auditions for scpa are nothing like the auditions these ppl had. for vocal majors we have to sing a classical and broadway piece, dance you had to wear the pink tights and leotard and take a mini ballet class, acting/drama 2 monologues, its not what u saw on tv

brookeyboo, calm down, we get it. you go there. As a fellow arts school student I am sincerely happy for you and agree that it is well worth the work. However I dont think some of the other people on here are just being "haters" and I agree with some of the stuff they said. I dont know if they just cut out a lot, but our auditions were much more intense than that including having to sightread music and quickly learn choreography. Some of the talent does seem mediocre at first glance, but a lot of times these schools go on what they see as potential.As for it being fake, I agree. Sometimes I feel like I might as well be watching FAME. I felt like half the convos between Tyler and Jamine were fake last year and it is dumb that they had all the new show kids coincidentally sitting together. At least try to make it a little less obviously fake. still like the show though

are you serious? dont hate. like seriously.. shes really good. the standard at this school are very very high. take it from me, i go there. and yeah you need to see more of the episodes... there are really good singers are other people trying out that dont make it.

ahh thats my school. ahh thats my vocal room. ahh those are my friends. and ahh thats my future husbin ian (maybe not).. im sooo proud of our school getting a show. it takes a lot to get into this school. you just dont sign up and get in. you have to go through all this stuff and audion and its really stressful, but at the end when you hopefully get it.. its really worth it! and thats what there trying to show you. it takes real talent to get in. i think the people that are hating need to shut it cause they might be a little jealous.!

The Arts are not getting that much exposure with this SHOW. This is not what SCPA is all about. It's MTV Style crap, look at all the other stupid shows they have. Maybe is this show was on another network and they took out all the fake drama, maybe them it would be ok.

If the other students are more talented, then it shouldn't matter if they're on tv or not. I dont care what people think im just happy that the arts are getting more exposure. id take hours of showing kids in school following dreams than another reality show with girls doing anything to be a celebritys gir friend anyday! stop hatin on the show and just be glad its here.

K, you seem kind of angry! lol, are you a student at SCPA?! However, one thing I am bothered about on this season is the diversity on the show. Last season I felt that there were alot of talent and diversity showed throughout. Wheather it had been black, white, gay, dancers, singers. etc... The show had it, from the special it may be lacking it this season. I dont know, we will see!

Hey does anyone know who sings the song that Anna auditioned to?? The lyrics went something like " i, i i i, i think i love you, oh heaven, saw the beautiful heaven, etc.. It looks like it's not listed on there website and i tried googling in the lyrics but no luck..hmmm ..anybody???
