Responsibility lies in the hands of both parties. Just like there is a responsibility to not drive with impaired decision making, people probably shouldn't have sex with other people past the point when their judgement is compromised. Regardless of whether you drink and drive or drink and have sex, you do bear a measure of responsibility for your actions. Drinking impairs inhibitions, it does not make people incapable of making choices.

Did savage just say that girls who have sex while they are drunk should "take responsibility" for what they did?? um if they are incapacitated then they are not of sound conscience. MEN are are ones who should take responsibility and not have sex with drunk girls. its against the law and its pathetic.
