the "recovering alcoholic" is in fact a recovering coke and heroin addict, not alcohol. and she didn't hurt anyone by putting the blame on him so chill out. everyone thought the prank was sick, he loved getting the "blame" so what episode were you watching? sorry not sorry you needed a reality check.

Marie is like an out of control Ke$ha. Yes, that's typed correctly. She brings out the worst in the people around her. I used to love watching her but now it just makes me sad because she's a train wreck. Let's cross the prank line and let someone else take the fall, manipulate the recovering alcoholic into taking the fall, and then later encourage him and everyone else around me to drink alcohol like water despite knowing that he's recovering from addiction......

Rather than putting a "recovering" addict's life and health in jeopardy by putting him on a show that's 90% about getting drunk, maybe MTV should create a reality show about real addicts in real recovery. Put them all in a house, film them, and see how hard it is to recover even when AWAY from other people's partying. It is so misguided and pathetic that an addict was added to a cast of people by a network who don't know that the disease of addiction is chronic and potentially fatal.

Alcohol IS A DRUG. If Brandon had been listening to what was said that these purported NA meetings, he would know that.... If he really is an addict, he is not in recovery, he is in active addiction and it's extremely sad to see. You don't need to be a recovering addict to know how dumb and dangerous it is to allow someone to endanger their "recovery" and mental health just for ratings. Jeez.
