I think Joey was only giving the cold shoulder to Sara because you always hurt the people you are closest too. He isn't meaning too and when he watched this air he probably felt really bad and didn't even realize what was going on.. Sara did good not saying anything though

Again, I feel bad for Joey and what he's been/going through but he is being a dick to Sarah. She is the only one stepping up and telling him some of his choices are bad yet he gives her the cold shoulder. She was the only one who stuck by him when everyone would go out and party. It is totally a slap in the face.
