Like Ryan wants to know right away whether Katelynn is transgender, but he hides that he was in the military until he gets to know them better? However I don't think he is a bad guy just says things irrationally.

That Ryan guy is really insensitive. Like JD could tell Katelynn was transgender but wasn't making quips about it or trying to point blank ask her. Something like that takes a little time to be open about.

Blacks make up about 10% of the population. On a show with 7-8 cast members, having 1 black person actually over-represents them.
