Everyone consider that in the span of 2 years the world was given Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Sound Garden, The Smashing Pumpkins and Alice in Chains. Compare that with the quality of music that comes out in the last 10 years. When it rains it pours. When it's not raining, it's a desert.
Ah man i miss the 90's. Nirvana is better but Pearl Jam is def. still kick ass. Def one of the top 3 bands of the 90's.
Yeah I remember this and "Jeremy." That balcony dive is definitely memorable. Lemme guess Daughtry picked this 1. As for comparing them to Nirvana, nothing is really comparable to Nirvana and their rawness. Their music was also backed by the guy in the Foo Fighters; that's enough for the bands defense if you think Kurt was the whole group.
What makes Pearl Jam better than Nirvana is they are a band, Kurt was everything to Nirvana, Stone and Jeff contribute as much as Eddie to PJ
