Seriously, you guys are GREAT!!!! I finally heard the song "Mercy" two days ago, and I loved it!! Everytime I hear "Apologize" & "Stop & Stare" I get choked up; I'm usually not the one to cry or show any emotion whatsoever, but I can relate to the lyrics. It's better to let out the tears than to hold them in. I have you guys on myspace also (thickachik) but you don't have to go searching through all your friends to find me. I'm in the library at the university I attend & listening to you guys. I almost started crying in front of all these people (lol). I have had a love for music since I was in diapers. I started writing songs when I was 11 and when I turned 12 I asked my mom for a guitar. But we were going through financial problems and never had the money to get one. I never played any instruments in school cause I was always shy, except for fourth grade were we HAD to play the recorder (I think thats what it's called). Me & one of my cousins April used to sing & dance together, until I was "replaced" by her friend. I was really hurt so I wrote a song about it. Now I am 18 & still write songs. My cousin, little sister, & I are thinking about becooming a group, but it's hard working with my sis (she's 12 & doesn't take any thing serious). So I told them I was going to be a solo artist. I was going to tell my mom that I was going to quit school & start a music career, but didn't know how to tell her that. She wants me to be a better person than what she has become (can't get too much into details but it's a common problem with people today, so it's not hard to guess) but she says "Whatever you do in life do it to the best of your abilites." So I'm going to continue working on making my dreams reality and keeping the faith (with your music as inspiration) Never know, you guys might see me on the "Big Screen" one day or hear me on the radio!! I've always wanted to see you guys in concert. Did you all come through Texas? Well if you did I missed it (ahh that sucks). But if you ever come again I'm going to make sure I get some tickets!! Great song, brilliant artist, and decent video. I love the song but didn't quite like the video. I'm still trying to figure out the connection between the lyrics and the video.
