You forgot the skull with mickey ears! It is referencing her days in The New Mickey Mouse Club and is also hidden in other parts of the video like printed on the wall of a building!
I thought that the guy giving her the seashells at the end was a reference to the "Oops, I Did It Again!" video where the astronaut talks about going to the bottom of the ocean to get her something. In the famous speaking portion of "Oops" : Astronaut: "Britney, before you go, there's something i want you to have..." B: "Aw, it's beautiful, but wait, isn't this...?" Man: "Ya, yes it is..." B: "But i thought the old lady dropped into the ocean in the end?" Man: "Well baby, i went down and got it for ya" B: "Aw, you shouldn't have"

The Mickey Mouse shirt, in reference to the mickey mouse club, aswell as the pink pokadot bra, reference to Minnie Mouse, also ties in to the MM Club obv lol, its like saying she's the minnie of the club, meaning she's the queen. The scene on the car is in reference Avril Lavignes 'Sk8er Boi' video. This video is full of little homages to herself and others, but done tastefully, unlike others...... lol
