I really like this song. I'm not looking forward to the fact that it will be played to the point of annoyance. Still, what can you do. It fits as well as any of the songs from the first album did. Bodes well.
I like it, but i've also been a Death Cab for Cutie Fan for a long time! But if you want to hear a song that will remind you of the second book you should listen to Brand New's "The Boy Who Blocked His Own Shot." Since the day I heard it it reminded me of New Moon. Listen to it a couple times, its crazy!
equinox means when the length of day and night are approximately equal around the earth, it only happens like twice a year.. and if you take it kinda towards the book-- shes trying to balance out the darkness in her life. i take it as it being more of jacob's ballad to her. trying to take her hand and pull her out of it. i think it fits really well actually. if you remember the whole second book builds jacob not edward. this is kinda like his plea. check out the lyrics... i really think it works. i really dig the guitar though- it sounds very much like a twilight rift. the song did definitly have to grow on me though-- but i really like it now.
I think that the song has nothing to do with the movie...except for the part when they say "everything ends" I think Paramore should have done the song. And this music is way to SLOW. i cant stand it... i meen i no shes depressed and all but i just cant stand this music. oh well, i hope the movie is better.
