Joe Budden deserves that spot...he put out Halfway House late 2008 than early 2009 it was Mood Muzik 3, Padded Room, Escape Route, Slaughter House and he's working on The Great Escape and Mood Muzik 4 thats gonna hit the streets hopefully before 2010...Joe Budden is the most under rated rapper...Lets bring real Hip Hop back....Eminem its so so so over rated just for the simply fact that he's white and 99% of white ppl are voting for him..******* stans!.. he was hot in early 2000 but now? i dont know that relapse album wasnt good enough he's voice was.....wierd and i understand he can rap but sometimes he dont make sence and its not all about putting words together...
