I did grow up with him. I used to watch every show he would appear on and he was around 10 and I was 4.. I remember thinking "He is a Cute little Boy!" now my 4 year old neice says that she thinks he is a CUTE boy! how funny and bitter sweet too! I miss you michael and when you wake up in paradise.. I will be there and we will go fishing and climb many trees.. just two BIG kids having much fun!1 sleep well... John 5: 28, 29

gosh, i kinda grew up with him cuz my mom would always put on michael jackson music and even though im only 17,i kinda did grow up with him.....i also had to tell my son about 2 weeks ago.he was so upset becuz just like my mom put his music for me, i did the same for my son.

Already the world seems different. Michael was an icon for all his fans as well as the music industry. He will be missed. I never had the chance to meet you in person, Michael, perhaps I will get that chance when we meet in Heaven. i'm sorry for my english...i cant describe what i feel....even today i'm crying , i remember in 1992 an 1996 Michael was in Romania in a big concert, and i coudt'n goo....and this summer was my dream to go in London but now....i'm not go see him anymoore....i just hope that one day i'm goona meet him there....i belevieve in Heaven and hell , and i'm shore that Michael its now whit Good .... Rest in Peace Michael , you was not only the King of Pop, you was a great man , a simple man and onest, you was the most human person on earth and now you are an Angel :((

I feel like a small piece of my childhood is gone.I still remember watching Thriller and being unable to sleep afterwards!Michael Jackson was my generations Elvis Presley.His talent and spirit will live on forever in the hearts and minds of his true fans.My thoughts and prayers go out to his family at this difficult time,especically his beautiful children who I can only hope and pray will find some peace in all of this and live a loving and fulifilling life that their Dad wanted for them.

I have a "Bucket List" of things I want to do before I die. Meet the 2 Coreys, Kiss Corey HAIM, meet McCauley Culkin, go to Russia, Lithuania, and Germany... MEET MICHAEL JACKSON and tell him how much his music changed my life and healed my heart. I'll never get to do that now. That being said, CELEBRATE the amazing person that Michael Jackson was, despite what the "Tabloid Junkies" say. This selfless, kind, humanitarian is now in the hands of God, may he rest in peace!

First off, I'd like to say that his music, the words in his music, the meaning behind those words... touched by life in so many ways. His music was this HUGE chunk of my life and I have so many memories that come rushing forward whenever I hear any of his songs. Good memories. Memories of times that his music helped me through times when I felt my heart was breaking and my world was crashing down around me... That being said, CELEBRATE the amazing person that Michael Jackson was, despite what the "Tabloid Junkies" say. This selfless, kind, humanitarian is now in the hands of God, may he rest in peace!

am not crying but my heart bleeds. Undoubtedly, last Thursday is going to remain a sadly memorable day for the world for the passing away of a legend. Words cannot express the amount of talent the God of creation lavished on you Mike. The world is grateful to God for the day he made you. From your entire body to your soul, you are an embodiment of God's loveliness. Though you are not equal to Christ, in many ways I can compare your life to that of the Son of God who gave of himself, and gave, and gave, and gave until his last breath was snuffed out from him. As one who was inspired by you, danced your music and sang them to entertain people, and now a preacher, I draw so many similarities between your life and His when I preach to people. On Wednesday, I spoke to the people about a world that snuffed out the life of Jesus Christ who is nothing but Love, Truth, and Beauty of soul because they hated his ways. Can such a world love and accept a person who follows Christ's ways and walks in his footsteps? It is not possible, nomatter how much the person gives of himself. Like Jesus and Martin Luther King Jr, JFK, some people are loved and become heroes after they die. The only thing I did not like about you is that you should have accepted yourself the way God made you. But your weaknesses showed that you are not perfect despite all that God gave you. But your goodness was far much greater. Your kindness to the world, especially to children in giving of yourself an talents, you sought and united the world, the races in many ways. Your songs and even the color of your children exemplifies the kind of world and nation you so much desired - a world united in love with no barriers of color, race or nationality. I know you have so many hoipolloi who love you, but not the oligarchy of this world. However your life ended, it was your hour that came. Jesus had his hour and when it came, he could not escape it. Rest in the bossom of the Almighty. I know you cannot stop dancing and making people to dance even there in heaven. There you will find people who nutured the same hope as you did. Show Jesus some of your great moves, the breakdance and the moonwalk. Let the angels and saints blow the trumpet, sing and dance for a great saint has victoriously arrived home after his work is done. With lots of love Mike. You are the greatest of all!

The world is silenced. Dear Kind sir, you provided the backdrop to so many memories, so much joy! There will NEVER be another who matches your electricity, spirit and love of music. You have left us with a great legacy, yet so much still unfinished. Oh to see your sweet smiling face once more! Like many of your loyal fans, I'm still trying to process the fact that you've passed on to the "next world." I truly LOVE YOU, MICHAEL. One of my hopes and dreams in life was to meet you face-to-face and spend the day with you just hanging out and gettting to know you as a real person. To my utter horror and shock, my dream has been shattered forever. I hope you see you IN HEAVEN with the Lord Jesus Christ, all of his angels and the righteous men and women on God that have passed before you. I hope you gave yourself over to the Lord before the shocking news of your passing yesterday. For an entire decade (the ageless 80's), you were my idol, hero and role-model.
