He may be obliged to give up his title tonite, but hands down, David Cook owns the male AI Crown for keeps!! As for Adam, send him to Broadway! Now Kris Allen, let me just say he is an unpolised version of our Champ David Cook! He brought me to tears, and touched my heart like only DC can. Almost all the judges' comments were said, over and over last season to Mr David Cook! Kris does not have the vocals of either David or Adam, but he does have the whole package as an Amer Idol should! Since David is obliged to step down, heres hoping Kris will step up! NyCArole

I am sorry to disagree but Kris is just an all around better performer then Adam. Adam seems to screech when he tries to hit the high notes. I can see Adam doing theater but I don't think of American Idol and theater. No one will have the talent that David Cook had last year but Kris is more versatil as an AI. IMO.
