Hey Jim, I agree with you about allison - I love her but she's not really trying that hard - didn't it seem like she sort of "glanced at the notes and took the test" without putting in too much effort? She needs to look at the audience and connect with us - she spends too much time with her eyes closed, looking down and sideways. And she needs to push herself to do something other than "wing it."
