Check out this promo for Britney's new documentary titled "Britney: For The Record," airing November 30 at 10 p.m. on MTV. (11.18.08)
where can i watch this??
Her life has been put into microscopic view and everything she does has been torn apart and scrutnized like no other. NO wonder she went crazy
No one deserves to go through the sh!t Britney has, NO ONE. All she wanted was to be a pop star and do what she does, yeah she made mistakes but EVERYONE DOES. And not everyone gets their life documented and torn apart the way Britney does. The media dn the paps are to blame for Britney's meltdown back in 2007, its not solely her
This documentary was amazing, I saw Britney in a totally different light and I just felt for her. Thanks MTV for making such a great documentary, NOW I LOVE BRITNEY EVEN MORE!

I am so tired of hearing Britney!! She brought it all on her self, if she didnt go wild from the start no one would care or follow her....it all started when she was hangin with Paris and Lindsay, so the poparatzee of course is going to get what pictures sells. Im sure it sucks to be followed, but can not feel sorry for someone who brought it all to themselves. Her documentary was pointless, it was nothing but a pitty party for her!! to blame others why she went crazy...and people do NOT shave there heads all the time. Her dad is a nut who needs to be locked up..so just shows its in her blood to be crazy. I mean really, look at her whole family..they all just went wild, her sister too but atleast she on low key. It kills me the people who get famous, Britney really can not sing that well, she has NO range on vocals..she just wispers, the beat and music is what sells the song. Its a shame there is real talent out there but of course someone like Britney would get known. Why MTV even gives her spot light time is unknown, MTV needs to just play vidoes instead so much reality tv, I think was a set up for her to win the awards she did on MTV, probally her crazy dad paid them off while wearing the clown suit for her to win. It just makes since cause all a suden after that she is back out there and had camara's filming right away. Britney fans get ready to be played again by her, will not be long and she will mess up again!
hey brit, i just wanted to say i'm so sorry that all this **** happend to you. I don't really know how you feel but i do know you are a very smart person also that you want to find your soulmate. I have mine and it's very hard on both of us but me and him take it a day at a time. Hang in there sweety because alot of people love you and alot of people respect u for what your doing. WE LOVE YOU FROM OHIO
I'm going to be honest....I have grown to like Britney, because she does show the world that she is human and that she does make mistakes. But I don't feel sorry for her, she knew what she was getting herself into, when she met Kevin! SHE KNEW THAT HE HAD ANOTHER GIRLFRIEND.... AND THAT HIS GIRLFIREND WAS PREGNANT WHEN SHE MET HIM, SHE SEDUCED HIM WITH HER MONEY AND FAME.... AND INSISTED ON MARRING HIM ANYWAY!! She wasn't thinking about Shar then, or her kids!! Anyway Kevin played her and she deserves everything he put her through!! Maybe this will teach her not to take another person's man next time!
Thanks MTV for a very heart tugging documentary. I was channel surfing as I usually do, never staying on any on channel for more than a minute. I came across the documentary, Britney: for the record, I was pulled in. I have never been a Britney fan or a big fan of any certain artist. I've heard some of her music before and it was okay, but nothing I would run out and buy. Catching it on the radio or on MTV was good enough. And you can't be alive and not hear about her on TV or see her in checkout lines at the Walmart. But I have to say after this documentary I was converted. The documentary makes you realize sometimes life is not what it seems. It makes the old saying "Walk a mile in my shoes." mean something. By the end of the documentary a few tears were flowing and I wanted to hug her and get her out of that crap. I didn't feel like I was being lied to and I thought the girl was being straight up. I felt some real emotions coming through. I was so moved by it a joined a few of these Britney websites and voiced my feelings. And joined a few that weren't Britney sites and voiced my feelings. I also went out and bought 10 copies of the CD, "Circus" You know what my friends will be getting for Christmas, lol! These were the only ways I knew to support her and let her know people do care. And the CD is not bad at all. There is some fluff, but you need the fluff to help the real go down. There is alot of real emotions going on in there too. To the nay sayers: You have a right to you opinion, this is the USA. But try to use some compassion and understanding before you cut into her. I mean guys, think about it. What if you were in a "Fishbowl" your whole life. Everything you do was photographed, documented and critiqued. I couldn't handle it and I don't think the majority of us could. Guys just have a heart is what I'm trying to say. To everyone else: Get out there and buy "Circus" not to play the numbers game, but to show someone who has put her life out there for us to see, that there are people out here that care. And Britney if you read this. Do what is best for your boys and yourself first. Then worry about entertaining us. I just wanted you to know most of us out here care. And this is coming from a 43 yr old man who likes his New Age Music. I wish you, your family all the best John
this documentary showed me exactly what the real britney is like and how it is for her everyday stay strong britney
I really hope she comes back. She deserves it. When your life is basically what you read in magazines people get the wrong impression. Its hard to go through anything publicly and this just shows how strong she really is. Her divorce was public and like brad pitt said just this morning- paps will crawl over a wall, hide in the bushes and stalk you just to get the next best photo. There needs to be laws regarding what a pap can and cannot due but that is entirely another issue. I wish her the best of luck and I know I am going to go buy her new album
can i see the whole documentary and not short clips?? i live otuside the us so i couldnt watch it on tv.
I love Brit, she's human... Everyone goes thru their ups and downs, its a part of life, growing and learning. I knew she wouldn't stay down, can't wait for her next tour!
This just goes to show you that no matter how famous or how much money people have everyone goes through the same issues..................stay up britney ........
WOW IT TAKES COURAGE TO TELL PPL YOUR PERSONAL BUZZ. BRITNEY YOU ARE BRAVE. I LOVE YOU.
I wish that Britney would have talked about her deeper issues, such as her struggles with depression and possibly bipolarism. In this documentary, she still seems depressed. I think that both of those illnesses were the root causes of her behavior over the past 2-3 years. I can only imagine what it is to be scrutinized for your body image and actions 24 hours a day. I think that the unsung hero of the day is her father for stepping in and really being someone in her life that unconditionally loves her and is loyal to her. They don't acknowledge his role in the entire process that brought Britney back from her darker days. I really like her and hope that her new album is a success. I look forward to the time when she is able to openly talk about her depression and the daily struggles that she encounters when dealing with it. Good luck, Britney.
