These people really dont listen to mixtapes that's a big negative for me...we're talking about the hottest MC right now...what's the hottest song right now? lollipop...what's the most anticipated album? the carter III...i still do agree with these people on the fact that Wayne hasnt dropped an album and hasnt been on a "BIG" tour...so if you're not a Hip-Hop Head you'll only know wayne for lollipop for 2008...so i believe he should be 1 or 2.
