While he isn't in favor of gay marriage, Obama does support civil unions that would give same-sex couples the same benefits (2.2.08)

NO more Republicans!! They are BEGGING you to vote for Obama. They KNOW he'll lose. Please!!! This country is more than 80% WHITE, and there are highly religious crazy conservative people: LOOK Bush won!!! C'mON, don't RUIN it for DEMOCRATS!!! VOTE 4 HILLARY! She is a serious candidate. PLEASE, I beg of you, don't give the Republicans what they want!!! Do NOT vote for Obama!
Excuse me Mr. Obama, I thought you said you were not in favor of a draft... It sounds to me that you plan to have indentured servitude planned for every high school graduate.
nothing is wrong with being muslim. people are messed up not anyone's religion.
i'm stuck between obama and hillary. def. not in favor for mccain. Don't know much about romney.
Weak...very weak.
There is something I cannot get over, but I cannot put my trust in Obama.
I wonder how Obama would pay for the $10 billion bailout he proposes for those affected by the mortgage crisis?
I believe Ron Paul won this debate. I really like his honest, direct views. He has a great website have you seen it? www.ronpaul2008.com great graphics. Be sure to vote in your primary. It matters!
I would hire Ron Paul. If you vote for anyone else then don't ask me to bail you out!!! What's so wrong with making people accountable for what they get out of life.
I think Obama's biggest hurdle is his lack of experience. He's never even run a state nevermind a country. Let's make it simple. If I were an employer of a large corporation and I was to interview people for a job who would I hire? Nice thing is, no matter how much experience they have, I get them for the same salary. Cool. Out of all the candidates on both sides, I grab one in a blink. You're hired! Same salary no matter the experience, right? Yes! Your hired! You have 10 years experience as a governor of a state? [A mini U.S.] You know how things work? You will appeal to all my employees because you will treat them as you want to be treated? Oh, you have some of your own ideas do you? Like what? It's my company you know! Well sir, one would be eliminating the IRS so you could be more profitable and your employees could take home their full paychecks! Really? And remember, I don't pay you any more for these ideas right? Yes sir. Is this make it simple to anyone? We need someone who has experience, is not a Washington insider, [like a senator,] and someone who is genuine about pulling the country back together. I only saw one here tonight that has all those fundamental characteristics. More than what I've even mentioned here. It was that basic a choice for me. Who would you hire to run your company?
I trust Obama and he has shown that when he legislated for the Bancruptcy bill which Sen. Clinton voted for and hoped it wouldn't pass. His appeal for all walks of life is proof. Desipite all odds, he is where he is running on his record and speaking his mind, even when not popular.
I don't know why but I just don't trust Obama. He talks about change but I don't believe he's actually going to do anything about the problems. Mike Huckabee seems to be more of a person that will really be able to bring America together. He was a Republican governor of a Democratic state for 10 years, so he really knows how to work with people who don't agree with him all the time.
