please stop commenting already mitch... this is a blog not bible study. I wouldn't exactly say this debate was not bias, although obama probably was one of the poorer poll winners on the instant questions, was I the only one who noticed how the washington post host made sure we knew Obama's strong points anyway? And the people who did well on those polls like ronpaul he made sure to mention that ronpaul has a large internet crowd and its not 100% accurate as far as total popularity....hmmm sounds "bias" to me. I myself am still an up in the air voter as it is very early in the race and I must say that I found out a lot more about the republican candidates through this debate and I do feel that a lot of what they said was genuine. I do feel Obama's arguments and answers were the least enthusiastic and under-developed but thats just my opinion. Gonna be a tough election vote for me but I am seriously considering those republicans they made up some nice ground in my eyes tonight.

Ron Paul is simply amazing. I knew before this he was the man I was going to vote for, and this just solidified my commitment to his cause of freedom and upholding the constitution. I went to Victoria, TX that day to listen to him speak, and I got to meet him, and I must say him and his wife are the most awesome people, they really are like your own grandparents. RON PAUL REVOLUTION '08!!!

Well, we're focusing on changing things. I suppose that already says we can't go by education alone rather that the next prez should be adaptive to his/her work. As politics changes so too does the old wiring face the need for revision. It's about who can in fact make good revisions and keep up with all the work that is essentially new. I think Obama is a gifted politician so he can operate on a whole new level. According to the growth in the population, politics has become much harder to keep up with..aside from political philosophy, the real tackle is work in political science (eg. #of seats..etc.) -sbk

The most important thing is to have correct facts. Unfortunately I noticed that some of the comments posted do not contain accurate information. If you are interested in finding out what each candidate stands for, you should check out their websites. Instead of getting your information from incorrect/inaccurate comments misinformed people are presenting. It's also important that you educate yourself because even some of the candidates are misinforming people. For example - Obama is for peace. He is against the war. He stood up alone against the war. EDUCATE YOURSELF!

Ron Paul is an amazing person with honest ideas. Most people have no clue what he's talking about and are swayed by the news propaganda that's states that he is not supported or that his supporters are few in number. LIES! LIES! LIES! i think huckabee did an awsome job. to the person that ask why the other channels dont show more of huckabee, well romney owns clearchannel which owns glen beck, rush, hannitiy, dr laura and many more. mmmmm why are all of these ppl now voting for romney. well wouldnt you vote for your boss?

I have never heard another candidate speak as well and to the point without all that mumbo jumbo as I did right here and last night from and with Dr Ron Paul. You will notice, Dr Paul knows our constitution, history, economics, world markets, monetary system and government issues better than all the other candidate on both sides of the isle, Republicans and/or Democrats. All the other candidates in my personal opinion all sound all the same; all sound like a politician with their canned speeches and corky fraises, telling you what you want to hear this time and if you go to another rally they will tell you something else to appease the crowds. Both Republicans and Democrats all changes their tune at these rally's and gatherings to whom they are speaking to, in hopes to sway votes. However, when Dr Paul is asked a question from anyone, even one of these young people either in the audience or online during this debate he never changes his tune for the sake of that person or question. Dr Paul always sticks to his record and tells it like it is, which is the whole entire truth whether the person who has asked the question will like what he says or not... Dr. Paul has not swayed one bit or changed his tune in more than 20 years... and he can honestly say that he is the only candidate who has never flip-flopped as all the others had through-out their political careers. Even if you think another candidate is the right candidate you need to watch and listen to the following videos via the MTV MySpace Debate held on Feb 2, 2008. Once you listen to these questions and answers ask yourself this; "Am I making the right choice that will help me regain my rights, liberties, money, freedom and my true pursuit to happiness or not." REMEMBER THIS: It's the young voters... the young people who will be our future. It will be these young people who will be running our country in the years ahead and if you do not listen to them now and go another way, the same way, you will get the same results and will have to pay the piper and consiquences.

To: present Obama supporters From: former Obama supporter Ron Paul's internet support is huge because his overall support is HUGE! What is MTV trying to say here? That if you have internet access, you're out of touch with the average american? Who DOESN"T have internet access?? People are for Obama because either they are Pro-abortion, Pro-war or they want universal healthcare coverage, that's why I liked him. But the issue that those Obama folks need to realize, is that you CAN NOT tax people to pay for your charity, you want to help people, GREAT, do it the RIGHT way, through the local community, or the church. They are better equiped, local, and can do the most good with each doller. The government only wastes billions a year of our taxes on simply paying those who DECIDE where your money goes and then to take months, even years to accomplish very little good... The idea of freedom, Ron Paul's mission, is to bring more rights to each city and state, to let the states do what they want with the money their people make, to get the government to do ONLY the protecting and not forced charity for the greater good. The government for the past hundred years was like a huge Robin Hood fiasco. They stole, with threat of jail time and with the help of the FBI and their guns, taxes from americans, to help americans. The intention is good, but it is STILL stealing, and it is wrong. If you think the government is going to help someone, you will not bother. In a country with no forced charity, if you want more people to help, you go out there and recruit others to be charitible. This way, instead of people waiting for the government to change the nation, or the world, we would all realize, we need to get together and convince others to volunteer their time and money, not just make a law, and get the government to steal money from all americans to do some bits of good with. Forced charity is really no form charity at all. It is just plain old theivery for a good cause. BTW, check out "who would the world elect", online.

People want to vote for Hillary, simply because they feel comfortable. It's safe, they know what Bill did in office, so they know it cannot be worse than Bush. Those who are voting for Obama will be the ones who have true faith, and have the currage to look into the future with hope. Yes voting for Obama is taking a bigger chance, simply because he's new to us. But Hillary, we know what she offers. She's the SAFE vote. Obama is the RIGHT vote.

IMMIGRATION!!! Senator Clinton, Why is it that when it comes to Iraqis and Iranis committing immoral and unethical acts, that the government sent thousands of troops to resolve the problem and punish the government but when it comes to illegals coming into our country we blame and punish the illegals and the employers providing work to these imigrants yet the government of Mexico is not urged to give better working conditions and a livable working wage.
