Even if not ceremoniously, technically they would be considered fake married in CF since Katniss fakes pregnancy anyway and Peeta lies about doing that whole district 12 traditional bread thing that really makes two people husband and wife... the effect is the same either way, I think.

I looked in my book and I'd forgotten that he says that during the interview, sorry. But he is lying though, about the secret wedding and the pregnancy, it is all fake. He's trying to get Katniss some kinda advantage in the games, cause his plan is to save her.

Unfortunately there are some fans in the HG fandom that do the "team" thing and it's annoying.
No they do not get married in Catching Fire. Peeta proposes to her, but it is just for show. Because they are still trying to convince people that their relationship is real. And Cinna designs a wedding dress for her. She is forced by Snow then to wear the wedding dress to the interviews before the Quarter Quell. In the epilogue of Mockingjay it says that her and Peeta have 2 children, so it is assumed but never confirmed that they end up married.
