The cast is great and fit so well! i love love love love love those books and i was iffy about the cast to but come on people no need to be so rude! Josh hutcherson as Peeta is great he has that sweetness you see as Peeta and Liam as Gale is prefect he's what i pictured!<3

I agree with your comment about Peeta, maybe Gale, but I'm not so sure I have to see his performance. I think the guy selected to play Gale, Liam Helmsworth? will be fine. The character selection is totally subjective. What and who you imagine Gale to be or even Peeta may not be what others see, including the author. Which is the reason Josh was picked to play Peeta. The Director saw something he was looking for, in his audition, and interview that led him to believe Josh was right for the role of Peeta, and unfortunately will have to wait and see if the directors choice pays off in the end.

I liked the casting for Cinna and once you've listened to the directors reason for casting him it will make sense, also it would help to watch his performance in Precious too, because that may help. He's actually the right choice for that roll, and I'm happy Ross was bold enough to make it. Now I don't agree with Josh Hutcherson as Peeta but thankfully his role is short lived, and that I can deal with. The guy playing Haymitch is a good actor, can be very funny, but, for whatever reason I can't see it, hopefully he will prove me wrong.

I truly like the casting but i think some side characters such as Cinna Where Casted Totally Wrong!!

Very underwhelmed by Gary, especially after his choice for Peeta and Gale. He couldn't be more off and I'm an uber fan of the series. They really screwed up with a lot of the casting.
