how old are you? obviously you're not old nor smart enough to know how it all works in the "entertainment" industry. that what shows claim to be real are actually fake. if it was real, what idiot would want cameras all over their house admitting on air that they're a "catfish." good actors!
What shows are you watching think ive seen like 2 gay shows, the rest are straight people and they dont have "casting" for catfish, he contacts real life people that have contacted him and like someone said on another post...if you dont like it dont watch it. There are over 300 TV sations, im sure if you click around youll find something you like and even if it was fake...who cares, its like watching a movie that isnt "real", its meerly entertainment!
his movie and shows are so fake. my friend went directly to mtv corporate office for the catfish casting and they wanted him to go with their script. it was all well written and staged. theyve made a stereotype on this show by all their "fake" people gay/tranny to make the show more interesting as if the people only making fake profiles are gays/trannys - thats their target.000a000aNev - do something that's actually real rather than writing and directing fake stories. Your "brothers" don't even look like you. We all know the story with Angela wasnt even real.
If you don't like it then don't watch it. It's that simple. :)
Hello Nev 000aI just have to say this and get it off you chest. I'm sure you get many comments about how much your show means to them, or how much they enjoy it. But I'm curious to know if others such as myself have had different or weird responses to your movie? I didn't know anything about it before I went, and the only reason I did go was because that guy on Scrubs, the main character. What's his name? Posted on his Facebook page after he had seen it. He said... Something like... Go see the Movie "Catfish" I'm so blown away. I'm going tomorrow to see it again. So, I though. Hmmm. he doesn't ever say anything about movies really. So, I went with a friend. The theater was so packed that we couldn't sit together. Which I didn't mind. Anyway, When the movie got to the part where you were confronting Angela. And in a subtle way told her what you knew. I believe it was when you were watching the little girl ride the horse. I personally felt so uncomfortable. I couldn't hardly stand it. I could hardly sit in my chair. I was peaking through my jacket and putting my feet up on my seat. I probably could have watched people being burned alive more easily than watching that part. I was so perplexed and nervous. I wasn't sure if the movie was real or not. I had to go home and research the movie, and find out more. It probably says something more about me, than it does about the movie. So, Yeah! The movie was great, and the content was fresh, and thought provoking. I just have to say that so few movies have taken me out of my head so to speak, and have blown me away. My other two similar experiences while watching movies in a theater were Pulp fiction, and Jaws. Pulp fiction was truly amazing, and well.. Seeing Jaws when I was a tiny little white girl from the south, watching Jaws in a predominately black neighborhood. Being scared out of my ever lovin mind, hearing all the Screams in that theater was memorable. I just want to thank you for the wonderful job on such a great Movie. There were so many great parts in it. All the best to you and your crew. Thanks Swan K
