There is no way the Argents look to Scott as an alpha or anything else. that doesn't even make sense. the Argents might fight to save Allison, but they would let Scott and Styles die in a second. So technically NO. The Argents are NOT a part of Scotts pack.
i think that the kanimas leader is gerard because when u say the hand in the car it the person was wearing a glove and gerard had worn that same glove in earlier episodes and also when allisons dad got kisked into the wall by the kanima in the last episode the kanima had went up to gerard in front of the headlights and sat sort of like gerard was controlling him like a dog

I've been wondering that myself, it seemed to me that Peter couldn't "wolf out" without going all the way and yet Derek can seem to go half way, its a bit more monstrous than his beta transformation but its almost like he can't go full wolf. I think his current alpha transformation is really awesome but he just won't be "The Alpha" to me until he proves he can control full power of the alpha.

I loved how annoyed Derek looked when he saw that his two betas got their asses whooped again. YOu just know he's got to be thinking, "You two are going into overtime on the training.". He should have went in the house himself and handled his business.
