Farrah is overcome with emotions when she takes Sophia to visit Derek's grave site on his birthday. Episode airs Tuesday at 11/10c.
It is really sad that Derek passed away at so young age, but, who knows what God, Godess, (put another name you want) will put in our lifes. Maybe doesn't exist God, or it was just a terrible accident, but no matter, you are alive, Farrah, you, in despite of Derek, can enjoy your youth, can watch Sophia's growing, can love again. Is hard, but keep believing in life.

I HOPE WHEN FARRAH WATCHES THIS THAT SHE SEES AT 45 SECONDS INTO THE VIDEO IT CERTAINLY LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE IS HOLDING THE HAND OF SOPHIA....JUST THE AY HER ARM GOES UP AND IS POSITIONED LOOKS THE SAME AS WHEN FARRAH IS HOLDING IT AT THE END OF THE VIDEO.... :) AND I AGREE SHE IS AN EXCELLENT MOMMY! :)
Farrah is my favorite from the show. She has been through so much, but I know it has only made her stronger. I hope she find happiness :)

Keep up the good work Farrah... As a single mom who had her first child as a teen I know the struggles you face... Although I didn't go through such a loss as you did I know how hard it is to be on your own making ends meet... I am proud of all the accomplishments you have made. I have watched this show since season you were on 16 and pregnant and just in these few short years you have over come so many obstacles and truly are a great mom.
why does she talk to her kid in that baby nonsensical way? her and chelsea are the biggest culprits, with chelsea pronouncing all her "r"s as "w"s .... don't these girls know this causes speech impediments? while it is fine to talk in a high-pitched voice, always pronounce words correctly! srsly, read a book on fking parenting!
WOW this clip was so sad. Farrah has come along way, even though she still has a snobby attutide shes done everything for her daughter on her own and changed so much from the way she use to be. shes a great mom
