He's most likely looking at another screen. Usually most ultrasound offices have a larger flat screen for you to view the baby instead of just having to look and focus on a small screen. :) but i looked at it again it is hilarious that he's looking at the complete opposite way but really happy while both jenny and snooki is looking at the little monitor :)
