I really don't know why some watch this show if they are so "offended" by people finding their place in the world - the show is "the REAL World" - not the silly little world where Zach & Ashley sleep together, but pretend to be all pure and superior. Zach is the one who seems to think he has a right to hypocritically throw his "lifestyle" in others' faces. I hope Zach grows up and I hope Ashley finds her soul - right now she seems nothing but a sponge trying to such up Zach's persona (what little there is of it). Frank hasn't thrown anything in anyone's face any more than Zach, Ashley and Nate have. If kissing a guy offends you, don't do it. Otherwise, just shut the f--- up and let others live their lives. What business is it of anyone else whether Frank is ready to declare himself gay or bi. The homophobic critics here seem really insecure in their own sexuality. The only reason anyone is ever "offended" by a guy kissing another guy is that it makes the homophobe see something in their own sexuality that they are insecure about. Sexually secure, REAL men do not obsess about gays' sexuality - or, like Zach, have wet dreams about penises in a corn field. Zach is so egotistical, it is laughable. He says he thinks he's a $5,000 piece of steak when most gay guys see him as low-class (and smelly) chopped liver. He is the most sexually confused person on the show - his cosmetic-queen-face-mask-and-girlie-haircare schtick is gross. He is so enamored with himself that he has no room to care about the feelings or happiness of anyone else - and he has no problem using Ashley to boost the low self-esteem that he tries to hide with his exaggerated macho swagger. I hope Zach does learn that others lives are as valid as his own, and that gays have lives, not lifestyles ... but he has so, so far to go and so much growing up to do.
I agree with Zach. I dont agree with gay/bi peoples lifestyle but I keep that to myself and still will be there friends and respect them. If my roommate drew on me when I was asleep and my boyfriend didnt stop them I would be ****** because its degrading and I dont think its funny. Ashley doesnt seem like the kind of girl that would think its funny either.
All this show is about is gayvertising........and if it happens to not be your thing, make sure you dont tell anybody or you'll be a H8er. Which i find it ironic that they do most of the H8in if gay is not your thing........Hypocrisy

In today's day and age we need to all be more accepting of others BECAUSE of our differences, not in spite of them...as for GordonTheGirl - being gay is NOT a lifestyle choice - I can honestly and seriously say that if i could CHOOSE I wouldn't be gay - I would never CHOOSE to be hated and discriminated against because of who I love. DISLIKING SOMEONE BECAUSE OF SOMEONE'S SEXUALITY IS CLOSE MINDED - being gay doesn't define EVERY gay person so judging someone based on it is close minded - I don't dislike anyone because they're straight and I ask that people pay me the same common courtesy to know who I am as a person - my sexual orientation is small piece of the puzzle that makes up my person.

It is okay to be gay for YOU, but not some people. I'm not ashamed to dislike her lifestyle choice or any gays. Doesn't mean I hate them, or am narrow minded. It is my own personal choice in the matter. People need to get over the fact that some people aren't comfortable with gays. It isn't that big a deal, because sexuality is not that big of a deal.
He is being honest about how he feels, but this is a terrible thing? I don't know what everyone's problem is with how he acts . At least he is honest, Frank said he wasn't gay now he is obsessed with Pride. Be who you are, and stick with it.
I don't think sam is throwing her sexuality in his face but he does have a point. If he doesn't want to be involved in it, he has the right not to. I don;t agree with him but he has the right to his on choices just like everyone else.

not everybody is as open minded as others, especially if yo were raised a certain way and taught certain things. imagine being taught that something is wrong for over 20 years, then all of a sudden its right and okay, both homosexual and heterosexual people need to be more sensitive towards one another feelings. Remember these people have to live with each other for 6-8 weeks, sometimes it's a new way of life for them.
