Chelsea you are an inspiration for me. I have the same problem and I hide away from people just for the mare fact that they talk about how big i have gotten. I used food as comfort when am stress and it cause me to become this way. Watching your show has given me the courage to make a change in my life. I cannot wait to watch the next episode and the next and traveling on this journey with you. Chelsea you are my hero!!!!
This show is inspirational. I'm kind of going through a thing with my weight and my love/hate relationship i have with food also as well as i have to take care of my disable mother. Everytime Chelsea cried, I cried because It brought back painful memories of growing up and being teasd because of my size and me avoiding ppl because I don't want to be confronted about my weight or because i allowing othersto hold me back from the person I truly want to be. I absolutely love this show . I will be tunning in next week and every wek that follows. Thanks Chelsea for choosing to share your life and struggles that you face and for inspiring ppl like me.

I have been battling with weigh issues and my ex was not helpful at all but we don't need men too succeed and be happy one day a guy who really cares comes along and makes all those bad exs look really bad lol.. but keep it up girl you are beautiful inside and out. Never stop your dreams for a guy...

Your show is so inspiring. I have a dream to own my own graphic t-shirt store and make it nationally known and the hardest part for me is to get the right connections and get myself out there. I'm 19 and I'm an outgoing, personable person, but when it comes to my work, I'm shy. You motivate me to work harder and step out of my comfort zone. You better believe i'll be watching more of your show. I loved it. Who knows maybe I'll meet you one day and well exchange ideas in the world of fashion.

You are a true inspiration. I am 28 and I have been overweight (250+, currently 275) since I was 14, You have given me the motivation I needed to set my weight loss in motion. Thank you for being brave enough to share your story. Stay positive, stay inspired and keep your focus on your goals (both career and personal). The one thing about girls like us is we have to first learn to love ourselves, once that happens no one can stop us.

Chelsea. I just turned 23 last month, and for about the past 6 months i've been trying to make the same changes as you, with diet and exercise. Ive even been working out with a trainer like you for these 6 months, but its truly amazing how no one else can make you reach your goal except for yourself. I find the journey you are making truly inspiring, and im hoping that maybe this is just the motivation i need to keep making changes. I feel like ive let myself become a prisoner to my weight, and im tired of it. I want to be able to let loose weight and really just live instead of living behind my weight. I think you will be an inspiration to lots of people yearning to break the chains and LIVE. MTV, mad props for featuring SERYN are one of your shows. They have been my new favorite, and I hope the rest of the world catches on.
