Cleondra asks Mario to step up as a father in next week's all-new episode - airing Tuesday at 10/9c.
I know it's really easy to forget, especially because the show is watched for entertainment value, but let's not forget that hundreds of hours of footage are recorded, but then the footage is condensed to show only the most dramatic, great-for-ratings moments. You'd be surprised how much different some of these young adults are in real life than how they are portrayed to be on television.
Sir/madame, you have just made my day :)
True true Allison, it never does get easier. There is always some challenge to be faced some hurtle to overcome but that is where the rewards lie. There is no amount of money in the world that can compare to watching your child try hard to reach a goal and knowing that you helped to guide them along the way. I know that having a newborn is exausting and having a toddler is frusterating and I'm learning that 9 year old girls have lots of opinions about everything ;) and I'm dreading the teenage years but I don't feel sorry for myself about ANY of that! I was only 20 when my daughter was born and that is pretty close to being a teen mom and I did most of it without any help. I don't feel special for that, I just want my daughter to be a good person and try her best so that is what I strive to be in my daily life. BUT I think it is important to show that being a parent is hard and it changes your life and the lives of those you hold most dear, so I can see why MTV does that. I think a little dose of reality is a great detourant.
i feel sorry for them
The first month is probably one of the hardest because you have to adjust. You are exhausted, sore from your body getting use to carrying the baby around all of the time, and in some cases still in tons of pain from the birth. BUT you are so right. Infancy is a breeze compared to toddler-hood, but when those times are over you romanticize the good. The difficult times melt away because no matter what pain you have gone through your child is more than worth every second of it. I think sometimes it is easy to forget the hardships you endured. Also, I think parenting never gets easier. As some things situate and adjust, other things start to unravel. Parenting is one of the most trying but rewarding experiences in your life. I think MTV tries to show more hardship than reward.
usually when guys wana take the baby w/o mom it is because they are cheating, just sayin'.
Blech, I dnt like how they mute the cuss words, I miss the ol' BEEP! Mmmm dis teen mom's cute, she has really nice lips =)
LOL!!! I agree!!! MTV should stop now!! Same idiots over and over.
Please teens, stop thinking you know everything, life is not as easy as some of your parents may make it seem to you. If your a teen and u are not abstinent, i highly consider you get some birth control, use condoms, or well, you are going to be dealing with an expensive mistake for the rest of your life. Back up, im not saying that children are not precious....they all are. Treat your future children to be, fairly and strap it up teenagers. Have fun for goodness sakes without ruining your life...
He looks like a big loser like all of the rest. This show used to be more interesting, now its just the same thing over and over. Boring. Can MTV make a show called "Ladies, take your pill!" Maybe if more of these girls would protect themselves, they wouldn't be in this situation. Just say'n.
Raise your hand if you have kids and you thought having a newborn was cake!! Just wait until your baby is a toddler, you can't take your eyes off them for a second they have worse mood swings then a 13 year old girl and you better think twice about going somewhere if they haven't napped! My daughter is almost 9 and now and I guess I was just lucky, she was an easy baby and a fun toddler and is now a beautiful and hilarious little girl. Most of these girls have a bad case of the "oh poor me's" You're a mom, it's not about you anymore! Try to enjoy every minute, it goes by so fast and you don't want to look back and regret your ****** attitude.
Don't talk with your mouthful!
Looks like another immature couple.
Why is it that all these girl's boyfriends want to take the baby to their house? Are they crazy if they really like they can handle a baby with out the mother being here good luck.
she's okay, but hey, if all the girls were as smart as jamie then it would b much of a show right, people like to critisize these girls, gives them something to do during the day, especially if they have had a bad day themselves.:/
i like her to lol
