People shouldn't be complaning about this show..yes it has sex,alchol,drugs and gays,,but if everyone has such a big deal about this show when you think about it they should also be making a big deal out of Jersey Shore,Adult Swim,The real world, The Hard times of Rj Berger..I like these shows bt skins is just like all those shows..if parents have such a problem with there kids watching this show then they should control there kids from watching it...there is more shows out there showing more drugs,and sex out there...skins shouldn't be cancled because that isnt far..also kids have already been exposed to all this n if they havent they will eventually DRUGS,SEX&ALCHOL is all around life wether people like it or not...

Finally Someone understands, i live this same life but stupid people calling me a follower, been doing this before skins came on MTV, i like this show because its everything a teen has in its life, this entertains me everytime i watch it and never bores me, 100% Leader and never follower :D

ya i love skins. not every teen lives this way but i do and so do my friends we drink all the time are allways taking pills and some anything and everything. its life you may say its bad for teens to watch but who gives a **** its a show and if you dont like it dont watch it. if good kids are doint things just cause they see it in the show then they are pathetic and need to stop being a follower. its entertainment not ment to tell teens how to live

I think the show is awesome...People can say what they want because the U.S. brought the show over here...but i mean everyone has their own way to show how we see things. Tony is the man by the way! Represent.
Do NOT change this show no matter how "racy" critics are calling it. Even though not all teenagers may go through things in their lives like this MANY actually do. This show is amazing and ***** taco bell for pulling their sponsor. This show is going to be a hugeeee hit! Not that it already isnt ;)
Doesn't look as good as the UK version but still looking forward to watching it. People need to realize that if they don't like the show, then they can change the channel. No one is forcing you to watch it! If you have the choice to not watch this show, then why are you attempting to deny us the choice to do so?
the show isnt here to set examples for kids! its rated MATURE! anyone who needs a tv show for an example on how to live their life is pathetic and surely not mature. Its for entertainment, something u watch to laugh. and im actually happy to see a show that isnt some BS with happy families in expensive neighborhoods and smart kids going to fancy colleges. because every family in america is not like that. this is real.
@Theresa I am 16 and I don't know anyone who does this kind of stuff. Yeah maybe a little bit of drugs and sex of course but you have to understand this show is a little overdramatized and yes "Teen Mom" and "16 and pregnant" is real life "Skins" is just showing the steps to your consequences . Don't get me wrong a love this show
I really prefer series 1 and 2 of the UK version of Skins. I am angry that they dont have a Maxxie... I'm not a fan of Tea.

I acutally know teens who are really like this. Just because it's not real teens doing real things doesn't mean there not people out there like this.
