I think if it took the letter for Sam to figure it out... she is dumber than she looks anyways. I think the letter was a smart idea. it was a way for them to let ronnie and smaai deal with their business instead of each of them not taking responsibility for their actions and trying to distract the situation by focusing their enegry on the people who would have told them about it and getting more people involved than should be
