whether she has a right to speak her opinion or not, Farrah should do it in a respectful way and act like an adult, not a child.. what her mother did was wrong, if it even really happened in the first place, but your always suppose to love and respect your parents no matter what. Farrah's mom needs to just leave her alone. sometimes mother or not, you have to delete them out of your life. just because its a parent, doesn't give them the right to hurt you and bring negativity into your life. so i agree wit Farrah totally,and truthfully i'm thinking about doing the same thing with my mother, all power to you Farrah!!!

I feel the whole situation is sad. I feel Farrah is what her parents made, either by not enough or too much discipline, nevertheless, the situation is a very sad way of life. My experience these many of years have proven someone will always be the leader, and usually those individuals will be pegged as being manipulators. Perhaps Farrah's mom had to take charged, and if so she didn't do to bad financially by her family. Michael (Farrah's dad) seems like a nice guy, but nice is not always enough. LOL's. Sometimes, ya just gotta get down and dirty with it to make it in life, if your not planning on living in the streets and in crummy neighborhoods. LOL's.
I think her crazy@@ mama is so use to punkin everyone else in the family that she's fuming mad cuz she can't do it to Farrah, Sophia, the legal system ect I'm sure she'd been runnin that house for years so she doesn't know what to do. I'm confused as to what's so bad about her mom - can someone please explain this to me? It's not like her mom is on drugs or hates her or doesn't try to help her or doesn't try to love her or her daughter. I'm super confused. No moms are perfect - we can see that from the show. I thought another kid in the car's mom supplied the alcohol? Her name was Jackie Kennedy. And from what I read online, Derek was the driver, and his blood alcohol content was below the legal limit.

I feel so sorry for Farrah..She didnt make a good impression on me the 1st season..But this season it all makes sense why she is the way she is..She was in love with Sophia's father..He died tragically and she has never been able to properly grieve over him..The parents were glad he was out of the picture and probably never helped her thru this. Can you imagine ur happy, having a baby with ur first true love and he dies before the baby can even be born. She knows she is alone in this and Sophia will never see her father ever..I cry everytime I see Farrah cry about it..She is just so hurt and its heart breaking to see she has no support from her family..Her mother is dillusional and her father is an ineffective father at best.. She needs help and support to get over this and move on with her life. She cant be the best parent to this little girl when she is depressed and has unresolved issues. God bless her and Sophia..

Farrah is doing a GREAT job considering her situation. I think she has every right to me angry and resentful towards her family. Her mother didn't like her BF and now he is dead and is probably happy about that. Farrah's Mother called her a ***** when she was pregnant! WTF!? Farrah: Keep it up girl, you are doing fantastic! Also, you may want to contact Social Security to see if you can collect on behalf of Sophia.
Everyone needs to stop being so hard on Farrah.. all we see is what the cameras ALLOW us to see. Just like Farrah has said in earlier episodes, all we see is her mom "trying to be nice" & putting on a front for the cameras to make her out to be a bad person! I mean, look what her mom did to her. Then, on top of everything else.. her mom treats her like ****. She ignores Farrah everytime she has tried talking to her, so i dont blame her for not wanting to listen to her mom. Its the same old story.. her mom is not going to change. & one more thing.. her mom does not respect her as Sophia's mom! She is always trying to do more than her & "upstage" her & trying to show that she is a better mom than her. Farrah is Sophia's mom, not you!
