You are so right about the friend....he doesn't have a family of his own and doesn't know what its like , He needs to stay out of their lifes and shut up. he has been alot of their problems. If he was Gary's real friend he would try to help Gary , NOT cause him and Amber more problems.
There is alot of stuff that isn't showed, so noone knows the WHOLE story of Amber & Gary , Please rememer that ...Amber didn't start off as the bad parent, Gary did. They are dealing with alot as young parents and it's even harder with cameras in their faces all the time. Amber should NOT have moved her boyfriend in and NEVER should let him change,dress, or bathe Leah. She is the mother and its her job to be the mother and do those things NOT her boyfriend.It doesn't matter if he was in jail or not, he shouldn't be allowed to do those things and should tell Amber NO if she asks him to. I think Amber is just with him to piss Gary off and to get back at him for dating that girl while he was still living with her and still Engaged to her. He hurt her ,Now shes trying to hurt him but she shouldn't put Leah in harms way to get back at him. They both need help with their problems ...Maybe the grandmothers should keep Leah for a while so Amber and Gary can get the help they need mentally and also by taking Parenting classes, Anger Management programs and Self Exsteem classes. I believe they BOTH could be great parents within time if they got the help they needed. Amber really wanted to get her GED so she could give Leah a better life but she had NO support. I really love the show & hope there is a season 3, but for the health and well being of Leah, that is doesn't have Amber or Gary in it unless they BOTH are getting the much needed help they need.They need time to work on themselfs, their relationship and their family with out the cameras in their lifes. I'm amazed at Amber always calling Gary a fat ***. When she herself was in the same situation not to long ago. That's definetly hitting below the belt. He needs to get a job and support his kid (if he's not) and Amber needs to get on some meds or something. She's Bi Polar or something. If he hit her like that he would go to jail. Gary, maybe you should try to go to counseling after all this stuff with amber. i understand how hard it is to get out of these types of relationships. like you love them no matter what and you are willing to take the abuse. but its not right. it took me 5 years to get out of a bad relationship like that and believe me its painful. you just need to not see or talk to her for a while. maybe make arrangements to where she can take leah to her parents or yours, and you can get leah from there or vice versa. one day everything will be better, and you will be able to move on. oh and dont listen to your stupid friend. he caused that fight on her birthday. he doesnt know what he is talking about at all!!
