this really helped me. 6 months ago i broke up with my bf of a year. he beat me for 9 months. i told my mom and she put a stop to us dating. at the time i didnt know what to do i didnt believe anyone because he lied the whole year. it's still hard to trust people. i thought i was the only one that stuff like this happend to that i was dumb for not leaving him for so long i thought i coud change him. but this really did help and i know it can help other girls
