Oo Heidi looks awful and nothing like her once fresh pretty self. When she was crying she was just SCARY, I remember how cute she looked when she cried in the first season.She obviously has major self esteem issues.

Oh my god, I can't believe how bad Heidi look after all the surgery. It's horrible! She can't even manage to talk. Spencer has baaaad influence on her. It's sad that such a young girl would do something like this to herself .. Anyways.. Looking forward to the rest of the season. I hope Lauren comes back as well. The Hills aint the same without her.

idk what can i say this season on the hills be very entertaining to say the least. Spencer is a losser. this is possibly be the best season ever on the hills. boy i hope that LC come to for at least a few episodes.
Heidi u were so much more beautiful b4 u did the surgery but ur still beautiful. i dont know why u did that for. i don't know why ur stil wit spencer. he's to arrogant for a nice girl like you. i think you wolud be better off without him in ur life. can't wait to see the rest of the season.
You're right, I'm sure the people commenting about Heidi do have their own flaws, but they didn't go get surgery to fix everything they find wrong about themselves! She looks horrid. I feel so bad for her! When she first came on the show, she was natural and pretty... But, after she got w/ ******* Spencer, she started to look more and more fake.. Until she actually WAS totally fake! It really is sad that someone could be that unhappy with themselves that they go through so many plastic surgeries at SUCH a young age! She needs counceling, poor thing.

i saw the new season premier about an hour ago and its okay.... i totally agree with heidi's mom. every word she said to heidi was true. come on heidi, surgery is good for some ppl but not you. you looked really beautiful b4. well can't wait to see the next episode... hope its as awesome as they make it look!!!! peace ya'll have a great nite!!! :)
I loved Heidi's look before she had surgery. She was just naturally beautiful and seeing her after breaks my heart. She looks 10 years older in the face. Ugh. I really just want to cry. I wish I could go back in time and stop her.
I cant wait for this season. Honestly Heidi looks alright in the face i actually think she might look better. But she doesnt look natural and I feel bad she had that low of self-esteem. Cant wait for all the drama.....And I have a feeling that there is going to be lots of it:)
