I think Joe's just stupid and blind. "oh she's got a great personality and sense of style" yeah for HERSELF and no other. Whitney should have been there working at Elle. Erin's just saying what everyone else is afraid to do.
Olivia is so annoying i cant believe shes still working at Elle!she is not talented but everything that she has done to Whitney is going to get back to her!its like stop talking like that ''i m not engaging in this conversation'' ha ha shut up seriously I'm 15 and I'm more responsible than her.
Well I don't agree in this weeks episode in the way Olivia acted. But its obvious she wanted to support another designer line and you're team Erin shot it down with the rue la la video collection because her looks and her catty face said it all... Lets talk about Kelly, Whitney's employer, first of all if I wanted to deal with abuse, and verbal abuse and screaming on national TV on constant basis I would look no further then her show on bravo. To have someone curse at me and degrade me that way is not inspiring me at anyway in the fashion sense. What I don't like about whitney's line, she has no concept of fashion in that she doesn't know what pleating is, and that she she probably doesn't even know how to draft frabic on a manequin. It's one thing to be a designer its another to know your profession...So many designers don't even sew and she is a prime example of that using vietnamese sewers...

Further, Olivia shouldn't still be on this show... she offers nothing to the storyline whatsoever except bad feelings. This show would flourish without her, she isn't a villain, but more of a nuisance really. There are a great many very interesting characters on this show without the need for such a person as Olivia.
Ok Kiaha, if you think that Erin is the trouble maker then you must be an Olivia wannabe (shallow, catty, backstabbing, better-than-everyone, and nasty just for fun). Anyone who has eyes and isn't prone to scratching someone else's out can see that Olivia is nothing but a nasty, classless, pathelogical liar who will stop at nothing to get her way at all costs. Whitney's line is supported by everyone who saw her lookbook in that room, including Joe, yet Olivia is turned off by it. Let us ask ourselves why and reflect on Season 1's horrendous backstabbing incident delt by Olivia to Whitney (i.e. taking credit for WHITNEY'S idea to use the cute floral outfit for the cover look when OLIVIA said it was horrible and that she hated it only to tell them SHE picked the jacket... LIAR LIAR LIAR and backstabber). So let us reflect, do we want to be a classless, nasty, prude (OLIVIA) who is so obviously jealous of Whitney and her success and who people working closely to her (ERIN) cannot stand, or do we want to be a class act working for many years at ELLE and having no problems with anyone up until the arrival of Olivia and who knows a great young designer when she see's one and for the good of her magazine takes this information to the proper people (ERIN) instead of trying to unilaterally nix it altogether? Let's see, GO TEAM ERIN!!!!!
I love olivia, why is erin so catty all the time I can't understand it... I use to work with someone just like Erin so complicated and hard to work with. You know what is sad she is showing her true colours on national television so everyone can see an eventually people see just how she is. Cause were im stand she is a back stabber and fake, and like's to run to Joe zee when ever there is a problem with olivia..And so what if Olivia didn't support Whitney and her line. To many wannabee fashion designers now days especial diva's like her...

Olivia is a get bye *****, she does not want to learn because she does not have to, she probably was out casted by her family for doing nothing on a daily basis, so pretty much working with people not in her class ($$$$) it makes her feel above the rest, she would be eaten alive by her money lavished peers and she knows this, as for Whitney she is plain jealous cause Whitney is making it on her own without a socialite background!

I totally agree with you, Erin is the kind of person that you think of when you hear the word 'hardworker', she's great, I love her; hopefully she'll get the recognition she deserves, there's nothing I hate more than that prissy-miss-I'm-better-than-you-so-iI'm-not-having-this-conversation attitude that Olivia has, seriously! Just because she has loads of money does not make her better than anyone else, and that's what she's proving to be, she's acting like a very ridiculous, vain and narcisisstic person... I really dislike her... On another note, I can't wait for the premiere!! LOL!!
If Erin gets fired I'm gonna be PISSED!!! Olivia is such a *****, she needs to go home and do some laundry...
Okay, since they started with part two of season 1 I had my doubts. But now I'm totally back on track. Can't wait for the new season!!!
