hi...to all the teen mom's, been a mom is not easy and if you and your partner stay strong and don't get on each others face everything will work out, a lot of communication, working together taking turns on watching the baby. I just want to say keep it up and if the father doesn't want to help don't stress, you girls can do it... all this might sound stupid but i am a 24 year old mother
I love your shows. I am Elicia I got pregnant at 20 yrs old and it was tough being a single mother my son's father left me when he found out that I was pregnant, I have a daughter now too and my exhusband left me , I was left with the responibility of raising two on my own, I can't say that it was easy because it wasn't but I pulled through and now both of my kids are healthy and are doing great, I am 28 now. I am so very proud of you all for stepping up at a young age and being a mother is sure isn't easy, so keep up the great work.

pfff... in The Netherlands they just started with teen mom season 1/ episode 1. two months ago, it was still posible to watch the shows on MTV.com now they blocked it or something pfff... soooo sad now i have to wait sooooo long till i can watch 16 and pregnant season 2 :S

My babys mom was a junior and i was a senior when we had audrina ppl think its so bad and all they do is frown upon it i think its a thing of beauty and it has made my life a lot more easier than it was before bc i have something that i need to work for and something that i wanna work for. wow all this trash talk about teen mos is making me so mad. people make mistakes. things also happen for a reason. i, nor the several teen moms i know, am not trashy. my mother is not responsible for the mistakes i made. teen girls look for attention from men, our hormones practically demand it! in society its okay to have sex sex sex sex is basically what society says to us, but then they say that to tell the real liofe stories of girls lives and how hard it is to deal with pregnancy, postpartum, and mothering, especially dealing with hard breakups let alone that that breakup is the end of your child having a father. yeah they show drama because thats what MTV chose to show. so what we all have rediculous drama. again "do you understand that they are not promoting them as role models? you think gossip girl and 90210 are better with those conniving characters as role models?? they are showing how hard it is to be a teen mom and what kind of decisions teen moms make that are different than most moms. they say 1 in 8 girls are teen moms, so for all of us out there its really nice to be able to watch something that relates to your own life. it warns girls about to be in the same situation how not to be!" please realize that women for THOUSANDS OF YEARS were getting married and having many babies by our age. yes we are unmarried (i am, many teen moms get married!) but thats thanks to the men. society has taken the good qualities out of men, they are too worried about their friends, partying, and whatever else they think they might miss rather than getting a job and helping like they should. take a good hard look at your life before you make these judgements! my son is a miracle, and has brought so many blessing to me my friends, and my family. stop judging !! ****we just want to watch something on tv not all about sex, partying, and crime*** (which is most of all other shows popular these days) i like being able to feel like a good mother and want to cuddle with my little man and watch one of these episodes.

one thing i dont get is how this is suppose to prevent teens from getting pregnant? no show or saying can prevent that .. its happening every were around the world each day every hour in they say the safe way is to not have sex? hmm funnie bc no one listens to that they go in do it .. no one thinks they can get pregnant well i shouldnt say no one some do in some dont but theres always that one time ... in i hope when that happens these girls have stable relationships in bfs with jobs that can help support because latly seeing all these episodes with immature baby fathers is pathetic .. it upsets me men you need to grow up in know that having a baby can happen at any time .. in if you dont have a job well you better start moving because its not fair to the mom to do it all herselve .. while you go out in have fun hell no !!! having sex comes with its consenqences in men you have to shape up or get out .. you cant run ..

thats not true maci is a good mother too the only ones putting these girls through hell are there other halves there retarded bfs who arent helping at all id know im a mom too in i agree catelynn did what she thought was best for HER but maci amber whitney n even farrah all wanted to keep there kids like myself in they arent the ones putting them through hell there the ones taking care of the kids themselves paying for everything in kids arent cheap .,,, its hard for them in havinf no support from the dad thats ******** if you ask me .. are you even a mom do you even really know what they go through? the men are putting thier child along with the mommy through hell it shouldnt be one parent doing everything
