The set is amazing, but Jay-Z's performance falls short. The Alicia Keys fill in is a bit of a disappointment as well.

I don't know who that lady is, but she did a good job filling in for Alicia. I think it would have been a cool surprise to have his wife fill in for Alicia. Nice performance though.

This performance isn't the same without lil mama running on stage :(, plus where is alica keys? aw well, that girl did a great job singing her part at least.
