Love Wale & UCB, still, you would think MTV would have ENOUGH airtime to properly promote the next new acts to splash in our already 'low attention spanned' mainstream music scene. MTV VMAs, as always, drops the collective ball when it comes to promoting new music. I can't wait to see, when the mainstream has dried up so badly, that MTV have to turn to INDIE rock bands, they have ALWAYS neglected with any coverage, to fill in their shows....and the INDIE Bands say "F**k you" and continue to bring American and worldwide fans the most important music in the world today, from 'Of Montreal' to 'Passion Pit' to 'Black Kids' to 'BLK JKS' to 'Animal Collective' to 'Fleet Foxes' to 'Grizzly Bear' to countless others coming up in the indie scene. MTV, time to drop the mainstream, show some ACTUAL 'non-satellite TV aired' music videos and support REAL NEW MUSIC!
