A few months ago I was in Arlington VA for a wedding. At the after party at supposdly cool club playing almost exclusivley hip hop, I asked the DJ if he had any Atmosphere, Brother Ali, anything. When he asked who they were, I said "you know, Minnepaolis hip hop, Rhymesayers?" He laughed at me and the idea of MN turning out good hip hop. Sure hope that dum***s sees these segments.
