@ChelzCullen: I did, and I'm sure many others did, but there's just way too many people out there with terrible taste, so Twilight won those awards anyway.

Oh, Dear God, here we go again with the haters. If you guys really didn't want Twilight to win so many awards, you should have dedicated a tiny bit of your free time voting for something else instead of bashing the franchise and its fans. Seeing as MTV allows fans to vote, it's very clear that it's more of a popularity/likability contest. And I'm sure ya'll know how popular and loved Twilight is by the hardcore fans. Therefore it is a shoe-in to win! L'doh! Oh, and on other note, I'm glad Rob won. He truly deserves it. Dev Patel was good too, but I think Rob had a bigger role than Dev, and definitely a bigger breakthrough. For those of you who think he sucks, I dare you to check out some of his other movies. He's a fantastic actor with loads of talent,and even if he didn't get the role Edward, he's still amazing.
