"I have been reading all your post regarding whether the ABDC judges are bias to the BF and which crew is better. I found it really intriguing that all the crews knew going into ABDC, that it is a competition, and not a sport. With this in mind, most of the posts on this forum make no sense. While I agree that dance is definitely both physically and mentally challenging it is not a sport. In sports, you have clear-cut winners which are determined by the score, finish line, stopwatch, etc… In a competition, which ABDC is, the winners are determined by the opinions of the judges and the audience: otherwise, known as Subjective scoring. The issue then arises that subjective scoring has and always will be subject to controversy. However, all the crews knew quite well the winner of ABDC was going to be chosen solely on what was in the best interest of ABDC. Therefore, if any crew or their fans want to complain about the judging or outcome of ABDC, they really have no legs to stand on. Each crew entered this competition to gain exposure. These crews are made up of adults and very talented people who just want to make a living dancing and know that sometimes you just have to play the game to make it in this world. As for the judges, they too know that it is important to keep the drama going so all of us will come back week after week. They are just doing their jobs. If you are looking for some justice ABDC is not a court of law and seldom do we even find it there. If you are looking for fairness, life is never fair, so do your best to live with it. Let’s all be adults and enjoy the rest of ABDC and support all the crews because they have worked hard to be dancers and have had to put up with a great deal of crap to even this minute of exposure. To all those who are hating on any of the crews remember these are people just like you and me. They should be treated and respected the way we would want others to treat us. For those of you that are concerned with the AUTHENTICITY of any of the moves that you see on ABDC, you should be aware that they have all been borrowed from some other discipline of movement, (i.e., martial arts, dance, gymnastics, theater, etc…). To make my point, the first film record of a headspin was not performed by a bboy, as seen here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6v5R9TubcKQ Also, before any bboy spun on his head a ballet dancer by the name of Nijinski spun on his head during a performance of Scheherazade in the early 1900s which was recorded by the newspaper of the time. So, there you have it, “Nothing is new. It is all just borrowed.” You’re all fighting over nothing. Remember if you really love your crew, you should be spending every minute trying to help them achieve their goal of getting as much positive exposure as possible. Unfortunately, one crew is going to be crowned ABDC, but that does not mean the other crews can’t be successful too. You should be spending you time getting people to watch and vote not wasting your time on these sad post that are doing nothing for them. Sorry, so long but I know you are all wonderful people, and have just got caught up it the heat of the moment, but none of this is helping any of the crews. To me all the crews are winners and as a fan it is my job to help them continue to popular enough to keep dancing. Also, it has been one of the goals of the dance community for centuries to bring people together not divide them. If you are a dancer you of all people should know that 99% of these things said on these threads are why we cannot get the $$ to support our dreams. Why should the $$ support us when we don’t even support each other. Crew? If this competition would have been who has the best boy/girl team – believe it, Quest and BF would of teamed up in a heartbeat and kissed assssss!!!!. LOVE, RESPECT, FAITH!!! PS: you will def see this same post on many threads!

good performence, I really liked the beggining, not their best performance though- atleast that's what I think. *suegle09- why are you writing such essay-like comments attacking william? he is just giving his opinion, that's what people do- I don't think the head spin was that great either (she used her hands too much) and I'm a girl; am I being sexiest?

Obviously the whole audience was screeming because they love it. They didn't discrimnate!!! OH, my question about girls was more to the point that you seem to be very upset that you are singled out - like you singled out the headspin. BEAT FREAKS ARE TAKIN IT THIS YEAR!!!!!!!!!! they have so much heart!! i couldnt stand it last week when shane was giving quest his comments and told them beat freaks was on they ass and one of the guys from quest kept turning around to look at his butt.....cocky and not the bidness!! k and i love MARYSS!! thats it!!
