Don't think Heidi is one to give advice on Love and meeting decent guys. Look at what she has for a husband. Spencer Pratt is a heartless manipulator who has fun by making other people's lives a living hell. Oh yeah, that's the type of guy every girl wants as her Mr. Right. Don't think Heidi has realised that Spencer has lied to her face over and over. Has been flirting with other girls *Cough* Stacie *Cough*. Oh yeah and has made every person in her life cry. Way to go Heidi ! You've truly found Prince Charming ! Or found your biggest mistake yet, I'm still trying to decide.

I like heidi and still think spencer is a big waste of time ... she deserves better. Once a player always a player...dnt fool urself girls. Even in the first episode of the new hills Spencer went and paid a downpayment on the house without her advice... and actually had the nerve to say "it's either my way or the lame way". She is so blinded by his bleached hair.

I watch you guys all the time and I learned alot. It must be hard to have your whole life out there in the open. I miss whitney on the show, I know she has her own show I do watch it. I think she seemed happier there in california with her friends than she does in new york. She has friends there,but it ant nothing but drama. Also that b***h that she works with needs to get over herself.

We all excperiance love in different ways and when you lose that love it is hard to build it back. Sometimes people mistake it with a simple crush. I went through it all and I went single for 2 years and I finally found mr. right and we have been married for 7 years.I think sometimes we jump into something to quick and we dont think of the consequences that come with it. All good things come to people that wait, believe me I know.

Would you take advice from your friend even though she has never been in love. These girls have been in relationships good and bad. Lauren went through it with jason it ant about if it worked its about going through the pain and undestanding on where you are coming from. Adrina is going through it right now with justin that is exactly why I would take advise from them.

I don't think I'd buy that book because not one of those girls has been lucky in love. If we want their lessons in love all we have to do is watch seasons 1-4 free on this website. They all found crap guys --- that's probably the most reality this show has to offer! :)

I agree with Lauren her advice is smart, Audrina i feel her a guy likes a girl to look good for him ,Whitney i don't know if it works all the time cause of the way most guys think, but flirting with them from a distance will let them know they have the green light to approach you, and Heidi ????? If you're tryning to find Mr. Right a playa is defifnitely not who you want. Mr. Right now then maybe!!
