Erin's family keep us up-to-date with Erin's life after the Exile to Mongolia.
Right after I saw Erin's Sweet sixteen party on MTV, I saw another 16th birthday party on Orange County Choppers. The Teuteuls were throwing a little after work part for one of their youngest gofers working at the bike shop: It was a barbeque with hotdogs and some hamburgers and some Cola's and ketchup. That kid appeared to be a lot happier with that party than Erin was with hers. The real culprit though is her mom, to let your kid turn into that. Oh well, I guess some part of it is show but not all of it.
I truly pity the man that marries her. One would almost hope her family goes flat broke and she ends up flipping burgers at McDonalds

Wow. As a teenager I respected and loved my mom, and for nothing. I mean I wasn't spoiled, she didn't give me nearly as much as Erin's mom provides for her, and she treats her mom like crap. There are plenty of negative things to point out, but what eats at me about this girl is the way she disrespects her mom. That shi.t is not tolerated where I'm from. If I talked to my mom that way I would have to answer to every adult in my family in addition to her. I don't know what's going to open this girl's eyes. I just hope that it isn't anything tragic or too painful. She has a lesson in store though, I'm sure.
After watching this episode of Exiled, I was absolutely disgusted. I also wanted to let everyone who commented know that I agree with you all. There is not a doubt in my mind that because of people like Erin who think that they are better than everyone else just because they have money, America is made to look bad. I have watched each episode of Exiled, and Erin by far, was the most spoiled, inconsiderate, rude, person of them all. I believe that while not all of the people who went on Exiled necessarily changed, I believe that they at least gained something from the show, except for Erin. Throughout the show, all of the Mongolian people were so nice to her, and were trying to explain to her the importance of the things that they do in their community, and what it means to them. Not once did she offer to help, or even try to understand their culture. I guess it just makes me sick to my stomach the way that she acted on this show. She was not only embarassing herself, but she was embarassing the American name as well. Even though it would be difficult for anyone to live outside their "comfort zone,"so to speak, I know that as I'm sitting here right now, I would make the best of it. It is sad in a way because Erin has virtually no fans, and has embarassed herself completely. All I have to say is, maybe someday, she will realize just how unimportant money is...
God bless her that's a damn shame she acts like this her I don't blame her father I blame her mother because if her father was here she would not be disrespecting people. this show is ridiculous and doesn't help any of these girls...if anything it hurts them by telling them they are accomplishing something when all they are doing is walking around and watching the natives work for 3 days. Sorry...but taking a ride on a horse or elephant and picking up a potato is not hard work. Most of these shows have these girls doing "work" for 20 seconds while some alternative music plays in the background and they think that's an accomplishment!?! This show and "SWEET 16" are helping ruin the teens of this country. If you are a parent and MTV wants to put your daughter on "Sweet 16"....guess what?....your kid is terribly spoiled and you should be embarrassed by them and the job you have done this far to raise them. How can you see your kid on SWEET 16 and say...."WOW, I'm so proud that my kid turned out this way". These girls don't even stay a week....they claim it's five days but it's really three (the first day all they have to do is get to the village and sleep and the fifth day they leave). I don't know who I am more disgusted by...MTV, the girls or the parents of these girls who let them get so spoiled... and than have the nerve to parade their daughters on "SWEET 16". How can anyone watch these 2 shows and not be embarrassed by the youth of this country. I hope these 2 shows aren't broadcast in foreign countries. If foreigners hated Americans before...this show won't help. If my sister or I ever behaved like these girls we would get a beating by our folks....and deserved it!
