Sore or not, the minute he put himself on MTV he opened himself to criticism from people who watch television. He wanted to be on TV, he could've gone the route of most other bodybuilders, get into a gym, pick up a magazine, read a book, get on a forum, t-nation, BBD.com, BB.com, AM.com, mecca, get big forums. But he wanted to be on a TV show. Bodybuilding being hard is subjective, it may be hard for you, most people I deal with that bodybuild don't find it hard unless it comes down to contest prep and carb cycling.
Yeah he won the NPC nationals in ATL got his procard, wife is one the next issue of FLEX magazine. IF any of you haters have ever done a bodybuilding workout then you know how hard it is and how sore the dude was after the first day, so stop hating and look at urself in the mirror, COULD U HANDLE IT??? Come lift with me and see if you last a week
Peter Married a girl from my home gym in Dayton Ohio. Seems like a nice guy. Saw him working out in my gym a ways back. Didn't know who he was at the time. Wish i did.

It took alot of guts for him to follow through. More than someone like mtvsucks could do I am sure of that. Way to build self conf. way to go Cody. Coltons Aunt/higby
I haven't watched it yet. From what I've heard he lost 20 pounds, got to pose with Samuel Silvio, cried and complained. I agree with what the first poster said, 8 weeks doesn't make you a bodybuilder, you need to pay your dues. 8 weeks is enough to see a show about fat loss, not enough for the long haul of bodybuilding.
i think he tried very hard and he kicked ass! That first comment was sooo negative and not true at all. He did his best, lost alot of weight and is absolutely hott.
Wow, the comment I just read was so negative and complete uncalled for! Kudos to any kid who goes through the work out this kid did. Hope he keeps it up.
